High Payment Limits

Some banks and money transfer companies put small limits on the maximum amount you can transfer, with limits typically at or below USD $5,000 to USD $25,000.00 range. No Minimum Amounts

Many other payment services have minimum amounts for payments, transfers or FX conversions. At SWiM PAY we have no minimum amounts for any of these transactions, provided you have sufficient funds in your currency account (e-wallet) to cover the transaction.

Linked Funding Accounts

We offer a service where you pay no fees at all to deposit or withdraw money between your SWiM PAY e-wallet and your own nominated external bank account. We refer to your nominated external bank account as your "Linked Funding Account" so that we can identify Pay Ins or Pay Outs to/from that bank account registered on your SWiM PAY account and ensure that no fees are ever charged to you on those transactions.

More Pay In Currencies

Many banks or payment service providers offer only a limited range of currencies that you can Pay In to your currency e-wallets - usually only up to 5 or 6. At SWiM PAY you can Pay In or receive external bank payments from others in 15 major currency e-wallets, giving you far more scope for international trading and cross-border payments.

49 Pay Out Currencies

In addition to the 15 "Pay In" currency e-wallets, you also receive an additional 34 "Pay Out" currency e-wallets with SWiM PAY. To fund these "Pay Out" e-wallets you convert from any of the 15 Pay In currencies, using our FX Conversion facility. Then you can pay out in that currency. If after funding any of your Pay Out currency e-wallets, you find you no longer need that currency for any reason, then you can simply convert it back to any of the 15 Pay In currencies with no fees - we call this Reverse FX. Isn't that handy?

49 Wallet-to-Wallet Currencies

Now comes the interesting part. With your e-wallets, if the business you want to pay also has a SWiM PAY account, then you can simply add them to your SWiM PAY e-wallets Payee list. Then you can make a "wallet-to-wallet" INSTANT payment to them in any one of our 49 currencies. Imagine the possibilities if all your customers also have SWiM PAY accounts. Account Statements

Better than a bank, we automatically produce monthly statements for you for every currency e-wallet that has funds in it. Or, you can use our popup selector to order a single statement for a period you select. Simply click on any statement in the list and you receive a popup window, which lets you view, print or download that statement.

CSV File Downloads

Also just like your bank, you can use our popup CSV File selector to produce a CSV file of all transactions on a selected currency wallet, for any time period you choose. Then simply download the file for your accounting purposes and comparison with your SWiM PAY statements. CSV files for SWiM PAY transactions can then be loaded straight into most common accounting packages.

Pay Out Auto-Conversion

At SWiM PAY we provide a unique feature to help you pay out in different currencies. Let us say you receive an invoice for SGD 1,000.00 but you don't have any (or enough) Singapore Dollars in your e-wallet to cover that payment. No problem, you simply select the Payee and enter 1,000 SGD. The SWiM PAY system will inform you that you have "Insufficient Funds", but it will allow you to select an alternative currency to fund the payment. You then simply select an alternate e-wallet that has sufficient funds (i.e. say USD) and SWiM PAY will instantly convert the amount from USD into SGD - you accept the quote and the payment is made. The Payee will receive SGD but in this instance it has been paid from your USD wallet. How clever is that?

Create & Send Invoices - Its Free with SWiM PAY

There are many online invoicing services, all of whom charge you to use their software to create and send your invoices. With SWiM PAY we provide a FREE INVOICING Facility where you can create your invoices on SWiM PAY, including all your business details and your own Business Logo. This feature allows you to invoice in any one of our 15 Pay In currencies. You simply create your invoices on SWiM PAY, print or download them as a PDF. Then send them to your client so they pay directly into your SWiM PAY account. How easy is that?

Make Bulk Payments

Some international Invoicing and Billing companies charge large fees for clients to use their billing systems to record invoices due and make payments of them, in particular cross-border payments. With SWiM PAY bulk payments there is no extra charge for bulk payments and we list all the Payees you have added to your list so that you can pay them all at once if you wish. Or just select the ones you want to pay now and leave the rest until later.

Very Competitive Pricing

Banks and credit card companies can charge enormously high fees for international payments. With SWiM PAY when you pay by e-wallet to e-wallet (where the other party also has a SWiM PAY account) you are charged only a fraction of those fees at 0.45% (which are also capped for larger amounts) and only 0.65% for payments to other parties' external (non-SWiM PAY) bank accounts, which we also cap for large amounts.
